Clever Sentiments Refund & Return Policy

At Clever Sentiments, each product is thoughtfully designed and created to reflect faith, culture, and creativity. Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we maintain a clear policy to protect both our customers and our small business.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started. Once printing or fulfillment begins, cancellations cannot be processed.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products — especially custom and print-on-demand items — we only accept returns or exchanges in specific situations.

You may request a replacement or exchange if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • You received the incorrect item or design.

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order at cleversentiments@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Greeting Cards Policy

Greeting cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified printing error or misprint.

  • In cases of misprint, we will replace the card with the same design that was ordered.

  • If the original card is out of stock or discontinued, we will replace it with a similar card from the same theme or collection.

We do not issue refunds for greeting cards unless the ordered design is permanently unavailable.


Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges will be provided for the same or equal value item if the product is eligible.

  • Refunds will only be issued if an item is out of stock and will no longer be offered.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved, and issued to the original payment method.


Responsibility for Delivery

We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping or delivery.
If your package arrives with external damage, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend choosing tracked and insured delivery at checkout for your protection.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items, unless the return is due to our error.

Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit or exchange once your return is approved.
If the gift giver received the item first, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
